Order Processing
At The Oravio, we aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and pincode.

We aim to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 business days. However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, depend on the delivery location, order value and product. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact details.

Delayed Orders
If your order is not delivered within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and our team will assist you.
